Picked up some lures during one of their promos and ended up saving more than I thought I would. Shipping was totally fine too, no complaints there. I’ll definitely keep checking FishUSA before I pay full price somewhere else

I ordered a reel and a few lures, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But everything showed up in good shape and felt more solid than I thought it would. Maybe I’m just easy to please, but I’m really happy with it so far.

"Pickup ended up being way more annoying than expected"
I ordered online for in-store pickup because I figured it would save me time, but it was kind of a mess. When I got there, nobody seemed to know where my order was, so I just stood around having to be patient when I really didn’t have time for that. After about 25 minutes, they finally found it, but one item was missing. They did fix the issue, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing ended up being more of a hassle than if I had just shopped in the store myself.
"Changing my email was way more frustrating than expected"
I was just trying to update the email on my account, it turned into a bigger hassle than I expected. At first I was annoyed because it seemed like such a simple thing, then I got a little stressed waiting for support to get back to me. They did eventually respond, but it felt slower than it should’ve been. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely irritating in the moment.

I was shopping around for a bit, comparing prices while drinking my coffee, and this place ended up beating most of the other shops I checked. Felt like I got more for my money, which is always nice. Nothing fancy, just a good buy.

"Good updates along the way"
I ordered a few fishing things from FishUSA, the whole thing went smooth. Nothing complicated or weird, just a easy order from start to finish...
I really liked that they kept sending updates as the order moved along. I knew when it was packed, when it shipped, and when it was on the way, so I wasn’t sitting there checking the tracking every few hours or wondering what was going on...
The package showed up when they said it would, and everything in the box was correct. Simple order, no issues, and I’d definitely buy from them again...
"Good service, but the wait was frustrating"
I had a small issue with my order and got a little frustrated waiting to hear back, especially since it took a day longer than I was hoping. That said, fishusa did get back to me and took care of it without making me go through a bunch of back and forth. The item arrived in good shape, and I felt like they handled everything fairly. I’d still order from them again...

"A little frustrating"
I went in hoping to grab a few things I needed, but most of what I wanted was out of stock again. Maybe it was just bad timing, but my gut says this happens a little too often. Kind of frustrating when you make the trip and still leave without half your list.

"I’ve ordered from FishUSA a few times now…"
I’ve ordered from fishusa a few times now, and the pattern I keep noticing is that they’ll have some really nice fishing gear I can’t find at my local shops, especially certain lures and line. The selection is solid overall. That said, it also seems like every time I find a size or color I’m specifically looking for, there’s a decent chance it’s out of stock. Not a dealbreaker, but a little frustrating when you’re trying to match what’s been working on the water. Overall, I’d still shop there again, I just wish the inventory was a bit more consistent.

I ordered a couple of lures from FishUSA and everything came in just fine. The package was in good shape, packed decently, and it showed up on time, so no complaints there. the order itself was exactly what I expected. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the shipping cost felt a little high for such a small order. Not outrageous or anything, but just enough to make me pause for a second, you know? I’d still order again if they had something specific I was looking for.

I stopped into the FishUSA store while I was in the area, i’m glad I did. I wanted to grab a few things before my fishing trip, and the place made it easy for me to browse without feeling lost. It was clean, organized, and they had way more tackle than I expected, which worked out great for what I needed.
The guy working there helped me pick out the right line and a couple of lures without being pushy or making a big thing out of it. I felt like I got what I came for, the prices seemed fair, and I left feeling set for my trip. I’ll definitely stop back next time I’m nearby.

"The rewards are decent, but they take a while to feel worth it"
The points are nice to have, and I do like that you get something back instead of nothing, but it feels like it takes a long time for them to add up to anything useful. I’m not saying the rewards are bad, because they do help a little, especially if you’re already using the service anyway. It’s just that you kind of have to be patient and keep checking back, and after a while it can feel like you’re earning tiny amounts without seeing much of a payoff right away.

the order showed up in good shape. The box was sturdy, and the lures weren’t bent or smashed at all. A little extra packing paper inside would’ve been nice, but overall everything arrived safely.
